WHO ARE WE?
We are based in Shropshire, just on the mid Wales border. We are a small, brand new business who focus on retailing ear protectors for kids! The business started when i needed some protectors for my son who is 4 months old. I wanted to take him to see some fireworks, but couldn’t find any protectors anywhere! As a result, we couldn’t go. Plus i like to take him to the football, and the loud chants and shouts from the crowd tend to unsettle him.
I realised i wasn’t the only mother who had this problem, so from this dilemma, kidzears.com was born!
WHEN SHOULD MY CHILD WHERE THESE EAR DEFENDERS?
Your child will benefit from wearing edz kidz ear defenders anywhere were they are exposed to high noise levels, be it continuos noise, or intermittent noise.
Examples of where they could wear them include:

-festivals
-sporting events
-motor sport
-air shows

-clay pigeon shooting

WHY SHOULD MY CHILD WHERE THESE EAR DEFENDERS?
Hearing is important, as is the freedom to enjoy family days with your infants and kids without them becoming upset or disturbed by the loud sounds which they encounter!
Its nice to enjoy your time together and an unhappy infant or toddler is always upsetting for mum and dad. Also, see the section hearing info for important reasons why little ears should be protected whenever possible.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY EAR DEFENDERS?
We aim to post out first class recorded delivery for these ear protectors. Subject to stock ( we always aim to have items in stock, if not this will be clearly marked) orders made before 2pm will be posted THE SAME DAY by first class recorded post. ( a normal first class devliery option is also available if required!) This way, if anything crops up at the last minute, your friend gets two extra festival tickets or tickets for the big match, Kidzears.com will be on hand!

WHO ARE WE
My son was 4 months old when i wanted to take him to watch some fireworks at a local show! I was desperate to find some ear defenders so he could enjoy them, but the only places were direct to the manufacturer or through amazon/ebay. As a mother of a small child i didn’t have time to scroll though endless supplies of stock and different items the sellers had online, and when i did finally find some there was a 2 week wait! As a result we didn’t go!
We at kidzears realise that sometimes things crop up at the last minute, you want to take your child to the football, or a festival ticket has become available from a friend, and you haven’t got time to wait or shop around online.
We also understand the importance of a childs hearing, be it long exposure to loud sounds or short bursts such as the gun shot or firework. Our ear protectors not only help to protect little ones hearing for the future, but they also make any occasion a much more enjoyable one and can help settle infants and small children so the whole family can enjoy their time together.

These ear defenders are suitable for a child from 6 months onwards, and as the head band expands they can also be used by adults!
